This district presents a well preserved rural landscape with great possibilities for rural and environmental tourism, since it features wonderful spots to visit such as Malpaís de Güímar, Badajoz Canyon, La Ladera, etc.

In the coastal area, called “El Puertito” there are clean, small beaches with residential areas.
